XPPAUT, a program for simulating and analyzing differential equations, which will be used extensively throughout the class, and runs on Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows. The XPPAUT online tutorial can help you get started.

Note Windows users: In order to print postscript files, you may need to install GhostScript and GSView.
